Tweet Eye Refund Policy


Refund Policy for Subscriber Paid Plans. If you will be using either the Tweet Eye Silver, Gold or Platinum Plan ("Paid Plans") you must provide Tweet Eye with a valid credit card to pay for the Paid Plan you have chosen. When purchasing one of the Tweet Eye Paid Plans via an online purchase, you can choose to purchase a monthly or yearly subscription. You must provide Tweet Eye with a valid credit card and you authorize Tweet Eye to charge the credit card account for the subscription, as well as any recurring charges per the renewal terms below. In addition, you agree that Tweet Eye has permission to retain and/or share with financial institutions and payment processing firms (including any financial institutions or firms Tweet Eye retains in the future) your payment information in order to process your payment. Subscriptions for Paid Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis (based on the option you chose when you make your purchase) and are non-refundable after the fifteenth calendar day following the beginning of the subscription period you purchased.


In order to get a full refund, you must send us notice of cancellation by email to support@tweet-eye.com no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the first day your Paid Plan begins. Depending on where you are located, the type of payment method used and where your payment method was initiated, your transaction with us may be subject to foreign exchange fees or differences in prices, based on varying exchange rates. Tweet Eye does not support all payment methods, currencies, or locations for payment.


If the payment method you use with us, such as a credit card, reaches its expiration date you agree to and are required to update your payment method information. One week prior to the end of your Paid Plan period you will be sent an email and will have the option to either (a) renew for the same Paid Plan and time period (b) renew for a different Paid Plan and/or period, (c) switch to a free account or (d) cancel your account. Your obligation to pay fees continues through to the end of the subscription period during which you cancel your subscription. All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide us at the time of your purchase. Special Note: If you switch to a free account or cancel your account you will lose all your current schedules in our system and will not be able to retrieve them.


If you cancel your Paid Plan, you will not be charged for additional billing periods. However, as an example, if your Paid Plan period begins on the 10th day of every month, and you cancel on the 15th of a calendar month, you will still have to pay for the current month and will not be given a pro rata refund, but you will not be charged on the 10th day of the following calendar month. In the event Tweet Eye software is discontinued or is no longer available, subscribers of Paid Plans will be given a pro rata refund.


To cancel your account:
You can cancel your Paid Plan account at any time by sending an email to support@tweet-eye.com and stating that you want to cancel your account. If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 72 hours upon us notifying you.
